Ordering & Shipping
Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt. Shipments to the U.S. may incur a delay of up to two days while we get the “Advance Notice” permission from the Food & Drug Administration (which
is a permit to send food items into the U.S.).
Shipping is by the fastest and most economical means possible. Some companies gouge their customers
with exorbitant “hidden” shipping charges. Frankly, we hate that as much as you do, so we will never
do that. Your credit card will show two line items: the first will be for the cost of goods that you order on this website; the second will be for the “actual” shipping cost to send your package to you. We do not mark up or charge extra for shipping, regardless of destination or shipping speed.
Unless special handling is requested, all packages are shipped via Canada Post, with delivery speed (and cost) being “Routine” (ground delivery, usually within one week after mail-out).
If you have special needs or specific shipping instructions, please send an e-mail to us at the same time that you place your order and we will try to accommodate your requests to the greatest extent possible.
To recap: your credit card will be charged twice – once for the product purchase; the second time will be for actual shipping costs.
We ship to the following areas routinely: Canada, the U.S.A., Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and
military forces worldwide using military postal services (e.g. APO addresses). We can ship to
other parts of the globe, however we require international money order prepayment and release of
liability in the event of package loss or damage (proof of shipping will be provided on request,
however). For shipments other than Commonwealth countries and the U.S., please contact us via
e-mail for additional information.
