1.) Do you ship your gourmet products globally?
Yes, we will ship most of our gourmet foods anywhere in the world. Chocolate
products (e.g. candy bars) or any other product that might melt will be
shipped only during late Autumn, Winter, and early Spring. Please note:
if you live in the United States, the Food & Drug Administration has placed
very rigid requirements on food shipments coming from overseas. If you

2.) What methods of payment do you accept from your online store?
We accept payment by Visa or MasterCard only. Your credit card will be charged in Canadian dollars,
converted to your local currency (for orders outside Canada). All prices shown on this website are in

3.) What is your normal shipping method for gourmet products?
SunMerc normally ships via Canada Post, unless other arrangements have been made. We package all products
in sturdy containers with lots of padding, to ensure that nothing breaks. If a product arrives in damaged
condition, please file a claim with the carrier (if it appears that damage was caused by rough handling)
or notify us (if you believe damage occurred due to inadequate packaging). |
